Thesen Islands is administered by a Board of Trustees, appointed annually at the AGM in terms of the Thesen Islands Home Owners' Association Constitution. The Board meets formally at least once every quarter. The elected 2010 board consists of:-

Staff

The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Thesen Islands and reports to the Board of Trustees. He is assisted by his team based in the clubhouse offices.
