Trustees

Thesen Islands is administered by a Board of Trustees, appointed annually at the AGM in terms of the Thesen Islands Homeowners' Association Constitution. The Board of Trustees meets formally at least once every quarter. The Board for 2020 consists of:-

  • Bill Cooper (Chairperson)
  • Remia Eksteen – Vice Chairperson (Security, Safety and Fire)
  • Sam Lurie (Design Review Panel)
  • Russell Belter (Communications)
  • John Stevens (Finance and Risk & Security, Safety and Fire)
  • Mark Williams (Design Review Panel)
  • Keith Wainwright (Infrastructure, Gardens and Blue Flag)
Staff

The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Thesen Islands and reports to the Board of Trustees. He is assisted by his team based in the clubhouse offices.
